- Investors buy any NFTs they lay their hands on. Single NFTs are being sold for 125 ETH or even 500 ETH!
- The most valuable NFT projects are, for example, Art Blocks, Cool Cats, Anonymice or Bored Ape Yacht Club
Blockchain crypto NFT sphere is super intense in 2021. The same goes for individual NFTs and different digital art pieces. This year seems to be the hottest for NFTs so far. People splash tons of money into NFTs with a goal to make a profit and be a part of history. Is this trend really going to continue?
Investors love NFTs!
Non-Fungible Tokens are unexplored territory, but investors are not afraid to put millions in NFTs as they extremely grow in value. For example, CrypToadz are being sold for 1-2 Ethereum (ETH) a piece no problem. One of them (CrypToadz #3361) was even sold for 125 ETH, which is roughly $375k. Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs are also no exception. People continue to trade them for tens and even hundreds of ETH. Bored Ape #8135 was sold for a massive amount equaling 550 ETH.
In 2021, NFT has definitely become a billion-dollar industry. Axie Infinity NFT items are all worth more than $2 billion and that makes them the biggest and most valuable project. There are other projects that are worth less, but Axie Infinity contains millions of assets. Crypto Punks are worth a staggering $1.3 billion but there are only around 11 300 pieces. So, even the Crypto Punks project is worth less, every individual piece is mostly more valuable than those in Axie.
Then, there are other projects like Art Blocks, Anonymice, or Cool Cats also worth hundreds of millions of US Dollars, but there are still only a few big ones. There are many NFT projects that are worth little or nothing. In the upcoming years, we will probably see even bigger NFT expansion as this industry is one the fastest in the world.
NFTs are surely one of the most interesting things happening in 2021 and the fast growth may continue in the upcoming years as people pour millions into NFTs and even big companies create and invest in them like James Bond Franchise.
